Oregon

A while back I went out to Portland, Oregon to visit one of my best friends from high school. Everytime I leave there I am sad and a little bit jealous that he gets to live in such a cool place while I do not. I'm over it now, and finally got the film developed, so here are some pictures.

An hour east of Portland, with Mount Hood in the distance.

Above: A couple of pictures of Crater Lake National Park.

The dangerous, dangerous beach.

Along the coast.

Above was my favorite spot along the coast. I'm sitting on a cliff about five to eight feet above the surf. Every now and then the waves will hit the cliff (just like above) and drain into the tidal pool at the bottom of the picture. The tidal pool is perfectly clear, still water filled with starfish, crabs, coral and other sealife.

Above and below: A good guess would still be the coast.

The Pacific Coast Highway.
